Meatloaf with Glaze

3 lb extra lean ground meat
1 small box Grape Nuts cereal
1 onion, chopped
2 beaten eggs
Pepper and garlic powder to taste

Glaze:
1 cup cam syrup
1 cup ketchup
2 tbs mustard

Mix meat loaf ingredients together real good. Set aside. In another bowl. mix your glaze ingredients until they blend together. Take the glaze and pour hall into your meat loaf, mix well. Put this is a greased meat loaf pan forming your loaf Poke holes in the meat loaf, then take remaining glaze and pour over meat loaf. Cook at 350F uncovered for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. It makes a pretty brown crispy outer crust. Serve hot
