Salisbury Steak Skillet Supper

1/4 cup packed dry bread crumbs
1 large egg
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb ground beef round
1 tbs salad oil
1 10-1/2 oz can condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 cup dry white wine
One 1 lb can whole new potatoes drained and sliced
One 9 oz pkg frozen Italian green beans

In medium bowl, with fork, combine bread crumbs, egg, catsup and salt until well blended; mix in ground beef. Shape into a large patty about 1-inch thick. In a large skillet, over medium low heat, heat oil; brown beef patty or Salisbury steak on each side.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix soup and wine. Drain excess fat from skillet. Add soup mixture, potatoes and frozen green beans around beef patty in skillet. Cover and simmer 10 minutes longer, stirring vegetables once during cooking.

Makes 4 servings.
