Stuffed Garlic Ham

2 cloves of garlic, chopped well
1 cup brown sugar
One 8-1/2 lb smoked, fully cooked bone-in ham
5 slices of pineapple (cherries may be used if preferred)

Remove skin from ham. Take the chopped garlic, stuff on both sides of the ham. Top with 1/2 cup of the brown sugar. Cover with foil for the first 1 hour of baking at 350F. Remove from the oven. Baste well with the glaze and juice from the ham. Turn the ham over and bake for another 45 minutes, adding 1/2 cup brown sugar and top with pineapple. Garnish well for your favorite holiday meal.
