Camembert Spread

8 oz Cheese Camembert
8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
3 tbs Dry White Wine
1/4 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup Ground Pecan

*** In mixing bowl, combine camembert cheese and cream cheese till smooth. Gradually beat in wine. Add steak sauce or worcestershire sauce. Gradually add in ground pecans. Mix well. Fill pastry bag with cheese mixture and spread mixture over melsa toast, crackers or on french bread. If you don't have a pastry bag, use knife to spread. There is enough mixture for 7 to 8 dozen canapes.
