*** Hard boil eggs. Remove shells and chop egg. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Trim crusts from bread. Slice loaf into 5 to 7 horizontal slices. Use cookie cutter (round circles or other shape) to cut each horizontal slice into round circles (or desired shape). Spread egg mixture onto each round. Prepare egg rounds one to two hours prior to serving to avoid bread becoming soggy.
