Mushroom Tarts

Finger Food
1 lb Fresh Mushroom
2 tbs Cream Sherry
1-1/2 cups Bread Crumbs
1 tbs Butter
1/4 cup Chopped Almond
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1-1/2 tbs Tarragon
Dash Salt
Dash Paprika
1 Tart Pie Crust

*** Prepare tart pie crust recipe. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Wipe with a damp cloth. Chop mushrooms into fine bits. Sauté mushroom bits with butter for a few minutes. Add bread crumbs, almonds, tarragon, sherry and cheese. Season with salt and paprika. Stuff already prepared tart shells (see Tart Pie Crust recipe) with mixture. Bake in 350F oven for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
