Pork Meatballs

1 lb Ground Pork
10 oz Canned Water Chestnut
1/2 cup Scallions
1 tsp Fresh Ginger
1 Egg
1/3 cup Bread Crumbs
Sweet-Sour Sauce (1/2 Recipe)

*** Combine pork, water chestnuts, egg, onions, ginger and soy sauce in a large bowl. Mix well. Add bread crumbs and form into small 1 inch meatballs. Broil meatballs until brown. Drain. Add already prepared Sweet-Sour Sauce. Bake in 350F oven for 20 minutes.
