Finger Food
1/2 lb Halved Bacon
1/2 lb Chicken Liver
1 Can Water Chestnut
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar

*** Cut chicken livers into bite-size pieces. Marinate the chicken liver pieces and water chestnuts in a mixture of soy sauce and brown sugar for several hours in refrigerator. Drain off marinate sauce. Wrap chicken livers and water chestnuts in half a strip of bacon. Broil until bacon is crisp. Serve hot.
