Sausage Tarts

1/2 lb Hot Sausage
1/2 lb Sweet Sausage
1/2 lb Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Oregano
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1 Egg
1 Tart Pie Crust

*** Cook sausage in frying pan until all pink is gone. Drain and chop into small pieces. Place pieces in a bowl. Add shredded cheese, herbs, bread crumbs and egg. Mix well. Make Tart Pie Crust (see recipe). Form tarts and fill with sausage, cheese mixture. Bake in 350F oven 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
