Sesame Crackers

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Flour
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Water

*** Toast sesame seeds in oven until seeds are light brown. Cool. Add to large mixing bowl and combine with sifted flour and salt. Cut in butter with pastry blender till mixture is crumbly. Stir in water slowly and mix with fork until dough is thoroughly moist. Roll dough into ball. Roll out 1/8 inch thick on lightly floured board. Cut into 2 inch squares with pastry cutter. Bake in 350F oven for 15 to 20 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
