Shrimp and Beer

Cold

Finger Food
1 lb Raw Shrimp
10 oz Beer
1 Onion
8 Black Peppercorns
4 Whole Clove
1/2 tsp Celery Salt

*** Rinse shrimp in cold water. Pour beer into large stewing pot. Bring beer to a boil. Add everything except shrimp. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add shrimp, turning heat to medium. Boil shrimp for 8 minutes. Peel shrimp and serve with favorite sauce.
