Potato Salad 4

2 lb Cooked Potato
2 Cooked Egg
1 Diced Green Pepper
1 sm Chopped Onion
1/2 cup Salad Oil
1/3 cup Wine Vinegar
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Dill Weed
1/4 tsp Salt
Dash Pepper

*** Peel and cube potatoes and dice egg. Combine potatoes, eggs, green pepper and onion. Mix remaining ingredients in a small jar and shake well. Pour over potato mixture. Refrigerate several hours.

Yield: 6 Servings
