Centennial Apple Pasta Salad

- 2 cup dry pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 2 cup (3/4 lb.) cored and cubed, Red Delicious apples
- 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup ea., mayonnaise and plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients; toss to mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Makes 4 to 6 servings
