Pesto Style Pasta Salad

1 pkg. (11 oz.) Recipe Zesty Italian Pasta Salad
2 lg. tomatoes
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 to 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips, as desired or 1 tbsp. dried basil
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts or walnuts (optional)
1/4 cup (1 oz.)freshly grated parmesan cheese

Prepare pasta and vegetables according to package directions. Cut tomatoes in half crosswise. Scoop out pulp; chop. Drain tomato cups on paper towels. Mix contents of seasoning packet and vinegar in large bowl. Stir in oil until well blended. Cut open bag of pasta. Add pasta, drained vegetables and chopped tomato dressing. Stir until well mixed. Stir in basil and, if desired, pine nuts. Spoon into tomato cups. Sprinkle with cheese.
