Shrimp Salad 3

- 2 lbs. boiled shrimp
- 1 stalk celery
- Few sprigs parsley
- 1 bunch finely chopped shallots
- Mayonnaise (enough for mixing)
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1 sm. bell pepper, finely chopped
- Salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
Peel and deveined shrimp, cutting in small pieces. Add remaining ingredients, blending thoroughly. Chill and serve on crisp lettuce bed.
