Over the Rainbow Salad

12 ounces cooked #7 macaroni
1/2 lb (8 ounces) diced carrots
1 sliced purple onion
1 sliced green pepper
1 sliced red pepper
5 ribs diced celery
2 large diced tomatoes
2 cups low fat mayonnaise
1 cup raisins
1 large diced red apple
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Incorporate cooked macaroni with remainder of ingredients. Stir well and refrigerate.

Serve chilled.
