Cabbage Sumi Salad

1 large head of cabbage, chopped
Two 3 oz pkg Oriental noodles with chicken flavor, crushed
4 green onions, sliced
2 tbs sesame seeds
4 tbs cider vinegar
1/2 cup oil
4 tbs sugar
3 tsp seasoned salt, about
2 tsp Accent
1/2 cup slivered almonds or toasted pecans

In a large bowl, crush noodles, add chopped cabbage, onions and sesame seeds. For dressing, combine seasoning packet from noodles, vinegar, sugar, oil, seasoned salt and Accent. Mix well. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss. Add almonds or pecans. Cover and chill. The secret to this recipe is the toasted pecans.

Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
