Coleslaw 1

1 med size cabbage, shredded (about 8 cups)
1 med carrot, shredded
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
2 tbs chopped pimentos
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbs vinegar
2 tsp sugar
Dash hot sauce
3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

Toss cabbage, carrot, onion and green pepper in a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, pimentos, vinegar, sugar, hot sauce, mixture and toss. Refrigerate until rate until ready to serve.
