English Pea Salad

Two 16-1/2 oz cans English peas
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 boiled eggs, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup cheddar choose, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbs mayonnaise

Mix everything with about 2 tbs mayonnaise. Chill and serve.

Serves about 6.
