July Asparagus Salad

Two 10 oz pkg of frozen asparagus
3/4 cup Italian salad dressing
One 5 oz can water chestnuts
1 large tomato, diced In large pieces
Lettuce cups

Cook asparagus as directed on package, but cook for only 5 minutes after water comes to a boil. Cut each spear into 3 pieces. Put warm asparagus in a bowl with salad dressing- Chill one hour. Add sliced water chestnuts and tomato to asparagus and chill an additional hour. Drain salad and serve in lettuce cups.
