Marinated Vegetable Salad 2

One 7 oz bottle Italian dressing
2 tomatoes. sliced
1 cup cauliflowerets slices
1 cup zucchini slices
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tbs chopped parsley
1 quart shredded lettuce

Pour dressing over combined tomatoes, cauliflowerets, zucchini and parsley, Cover. Marinate in refrigerator for several hours. Drain, reserving marinade. Arrange lettuce on serving platter, top with vegetables.

Serve with marinade.
