Mushroom Macaroni Salad

16 or 8 oz can sliced mushrooms
2 tbs mustard
2 tbs chopped parsley
2 tsp lemon juice
2 cups cold cooked macaroni
1 tsp oak
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbs minced onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 tsp tarragon leaves, crumbled
1/2 tsp black pepper

Combine mayonnaise, mustard, onion, parsley, lemon juice, tarragon leaves, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Drain mushrooms. Add celery, macaroni and mushrooms to mixture. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving to let flavors mingle.

Makes one quart.
