Mash 2 cooked eggs yolks and 1 raw egg yolk. To this add 2 tbs cooking oil (do this in a glass bowl with a metal spoon not plastic). Stir eggs and oil a few minutes until it turns and is blended in completely. Keep adding a little oil at a time and blending, careful not to add too much oil at a time as it will separate instead of blending. Continue adding and stirring until you have approximately 1 to 1-1/2 cups of egg and oil "mayonnaise". Add vinegar to "mayonnaise" -- it will liquify it. Add salt to taste. Mix this "mayonnaise" mixture with the mashed boiled potatoes.
