Seafood Slaw

2 cups flaked tuna
4 cups finely shredded cabbage
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce

Combine tuna, cabbage and onions; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour over tuna mixture and toss. Chill thoroughly.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings

Flaked cooked crab or cooked chopped shrimp may be substituted for tuna.
