Seven Layer Salad 2

One 8 oz pkg fresh spinach
4 hard boiled eggs
1 small head lettuce
1/2 purple onion
1/2 lb bacon
One 8 oz can sweet peas, beets, or string beans
3/4 cup mayonnaise
4 oz pkg cream cheese
2 oz grated cheddar cheese
1 glass bowl

Wash and break spinach into bite size places. Line bottom of glass bowl. Slice eggs and place on top of spinach. Break lettuce into bite size pieces and place on top of eggs. Slice onion very thin and place on top of lettuce. Cook bacon crisp and crumble over onions. Add remaining vegetables one layer at a time. Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, and spread over top to seal. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Makes 10 servings.
