Sweet and Sour Black-Eyed Pea Salad

- 3 cans black-eyed peas, drained
- 1 can diced carrots, drained
- 1 can string beans, drained
- 1 can whole grain corn, drained
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 sweet pepper, red or green
- 1 oz pimentos
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- Mix:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 5 tbs Worcestershire
- 10 oz can condensed tomato soup
Mix all ingredients together. Chill. Keeps for days in icebox. Improves with age.
