Warm Curried Shrimp and Wild Rice Salad

2 cups water
2 tbs butter or margarine
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pkg (6-1/4 oz) Uncle Ben's Fast Cooking Long Grain & Wild Rice
2 tbs lemon juice
1/4 tsp curry powder
Dash red pepper flakes
3 tbs chutney, finely chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 pound cooked shrimp
1 green onion, finely chopped
2 tbs coarsely chopped toasted almonds

Combine water, butter, garlic and contents of rice and seasoning packets in medium saucepan. Bring to a vigorous boil. Cover tightly and simmer until all water is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile combine lemon. juice, curry powder, red pepper flakes and chutney. Whisk in oil. Stir into warm rice along with shrimp, onion and almonds. Heat through.
