Wild Rice and Pepper Salad

16 oz long grain and wild rice
1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp grated lemon peel
1 chopped red pepper
1 chopped yellow pepper
1/4 cup 1-Inch green onion pieces

Prepare rice as directed on package. Cool. Combine salad dressing, oil, black pepper and peel. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix lightly. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
