Spicy Bean and Bacon Slaw

3 cups very thinly sliced cabbage
One 16 oz can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup (4 oz) finely diced cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup diced green pepper
2 tbs minced parsley
1 cup picante sauce
5 crisply cooked bacon sliced, crumbled

Combine all ingredients except bacon; toss lightly. Chill. Toss and top with bacon to serve.

Makes 6 servings, about 7 cups slaw.
