Brown Sauce

2 tbs Butter
2 tbs Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 Can Beef Stock

*** In skillet melt butter. Add flour, salt, pepper and beef stock. Cook 15 minutes over very low heat or double boiler. Consomme can substitute for beef stock. Serve with beef dishes.
