Brown Sugar Glaze

1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tbs Vinegar

*** Mix together ingredients. 30 Minutes before ham is done, pour off drippings. Score surface in crisscross fashion - brush glaze and continue baking.

Yield: 3/4 Cup for Use on Baked Ham
