Spaghetti Sauce 2

1-1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup stewed tomatoes
1 tablespoon apple jelly
1 tablespoon cane syrup
One 16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Brown and drain ground chuck. Add celery, onion, bell pepper, garlic and mix well. Stir in tomato sauce and diced stewed tomatoes. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Cover and simmer about one hour stirring occasionally.
