Caramel Apple Dip

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1/4 cup pecans chopped

Mix together cream cheese and brown sugar. Add vanilla flavoring and mix well. Stir in pecans. Serve dip with sliced apples which have been soaked in pineapple juice to keep them from turning brown.
