Barbecue Sauce 3

One 44 oz bottle ketchup

18 oz bottle of Worcestershire sauce

One 8 oz bottle steak sauce

2 tbs white popper

2 tbs black pepper

2 tbs salt

2 tsp hot sauce

2 tsp sugar

1 lemon sliced or 1 tbs lemon juice

1 fine chopped onion

2 tbs liquid hickory smoke

One 4 oz bottle Italian dressing

2 tbs garlic powder

One 12 oz battle cooking sherry or one 12 oz beer

2 tsp mustard

Saute onions in butter then add remaining ingredients to large pot or crock pot and simmer about 2 hours stirring occasionally.
