Barbecue Sauce for Lamb and Pork

1 pint oil
2/3 pint wine vinegar
2 tbs salt
2 tsp red pepper
2 lb onions, chopped by hand
2 bell peppers, chopped by hand
Juice of 2 lemons and peeling of 1

Put ingredients in a pan, refrigerate, and allow to stand a while.
