Shrimp Marinade

5 lb cooked shrimp
10 white onions
1 qt. olive oil
One large bottle Capers with juice
1-1/2 cup good cider vinegar
Salt, sugar, Tabasco, Worcestershire

Layer shrimp and onions in flat pan and pour marinade over and let stand for 12 hours. Keeps for one week.
