Fried Crawfish 1

2 Eggs
1/2 (Juice) Lemon
1/2 tbs Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 lb Peeled Crawfish

*** Season peeled crawfish to taste well ahead of time. Make a batter with the above ingredients and soak seasoned crawfish for 15-30 minutes. Remove from batter and roll in flour and deep fat fry.
