Crawfish in Wine Sauce 1

1 lb. peeled crawfish tails
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1-1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. butter

Saute in 2 tbsp. butter onion and mushrooms until tender. Add crawfish & sprinkle with flour. Add milk and seasonings. simmer stirring until sauce. Remove from heat and add 2 tbsp. white wine.

Makes 3-4 cups.
