Oysters on Half Shell with Green Salsa

- Shuck fresh oysters and top with salsa:
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 fresh jalapeno, seeded
- Dash of Louisiana Hot Sauce
- Dash of salt
Process above ingredients. Top each oyster with dollop of green salsa. Serve on bed of ice.
