One 6-1/8 ounce can Starkist Select Tuna Prime Catch
Dash Tabasco or hot sauce, plus
1 packet Sweet-N-Low
1 package cream cheese (light low fat), softened
2 carrots, scraped and grated
10 green olives (stuffed with pimiento) chopped
1 can 8 ounces crushed pineapple drained
3 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
8 toasted walnuts and 1/4 cut bean sprouts

Drain water-packed tuna. Add dash Tabasco and packet of Sweet-n-Low. Soften cream cheese in microwave or on stove (warm). Grate tender sweet carrots. Chop green olives. Drain canned pineapple. Add low fat mayonnaise. Mix well. Serve cold on whole wheat bread.

Optional: Add bean sprouts and walnuts.

Serves 4.
