Saucy Fish

1 tablespoon catsup
1 tablespoon mustard
1-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Lea & Perkins
1/4 cup Wishbone Italian salad dressing
4 tablespoons melted butter
Fish filets to cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan (any type of fish)

Preheat oven to 350F.

Saute one large onion in small amount of oil. In container, mix catsup, mustard, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Lea & Perkins, Italian dressing and melted butter. Season fish to taste and put in pan sprayed with Pam. Put drained mushrooms on top of fish. Put sauteed onions on top of mushrooms and fish. pour mixture over all. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350F ("Lite" ingredients may be substituted). Serve with garlic bread to dip in sauce.

Serves 6.
