Spicy Shrimp and Vegetable Stir Fry

1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 carrots, peeled and Julienned
1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
1 large onion, chopped into large chunks
1 toe garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili paste with onion (Sabal Bootjack, available in oriental food stores)
1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
1 pound deveined shrimp, peeled
2 cups cooked rice

Heat oil in wok. Stir-fry carrots, pepper, onion, garlic until onions, are transparent over medium high heat. Add shrimp, teriaki and chili paste, stir-frying until shrimp are pink. Serve over hot rice.

Serves 4.
