Catfish Curry

- 4 catfish fillets (1-inch squares)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 cup canned whole tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 peppercorns
- 1-1/2 tablespoons Curry powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/4 cup Canola oil
Place oil and Onions in large pot over medium-high heat. Saute until onions are brown. Add all spices
