Italian Crawfish Broccoli Pie

- One 10-ounce box of chopped broccoli
- 4 tablespoons of margarine
- One 14-ounce box bag of Chef's Seasoning (includes onions, celery, bell peppers, shallots, parsley and garlic
- One 10 1/2 ounce can of cream of shrimp soup
- 18 ounce jar of Jalapeno Cheese Whiz
- 1 cup chopped black olives (small can)
- 1 pound of cooked crawfish tails
- 2 un-cooked pie shells
Preheat oven to 425F. Steam broccoli in microwave with 1 cup water for 5 minutes. Cook Chef's Seasonings in margarine for 5 minutes. Add soup and Cheese Whiz. Cook until blended. Stir in olives, broccoli and crawfish. Pour into two pie shells and bake at 425For 30 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12 people.
