Crispy Shrimp Salad

1 medium head Iceberg lettuce
3 large or 4 medium eggs, boiled
1 pound medium shrimp
1 cup pineapple tidbits
1/2 to 1/3 cup bacon bits
Herb Magic Sweet 'n' Sour dressing
Creole seasoning
Lemon pepper seasoning, optional
Parsley flakes, to taste

Peel and clean shrimp. Season shrimp by adding Creole seasoning to water. Put eggs to boil in a separate pan. Add parsley flakes to boiling water to give extra flavor to shrimp. Boil shrimp for no more than 3 minutes. Boil eggs 10 minutes to be sure they're hard. Wash and break lettuce into a large salad server. Add pineapple, slices of boiled eggs, shrimp and bacon bits. Pour 1/2 cup of sweet and sour salad dressing over the salad or let individuals pour their own.

Serves 4-6.
