Crawfish Fettuccine 4

1 pound crawfish tails, cleaned
1 large onion, chopped
1 bundle green onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 stick margarine (1/4 lb)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
One 8-ounce package Kraft cheese
One 16-ounce package fettucin1 noodles
Seasoning to taste

Saute onions, green onions and celery in margarine in medium pan. Add crawfish, reduce heat to medium. Let cook for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook noodles as directed on package. Set aside.

Add cream of mushroom to crawfish, reduce heat to low. Stir and blend in mixture. Add cheese, stir to melt. When cheese is melted add noodles to mixture and mix well. Transfer fettucin1 to casserole dish and garnish with parsley leaves.

Serves 6 to 8.
