Potato Crab Delight

4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons Zatarains liquid crab boll
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup green onion tops, chopped
1/8 lb margarine
Two 6-ounce cans fancy lump crab meat (1 can drained)
One 8-ounce pack Velveeta Mexican cheese, shredded
Art's Season All to taste

In 2-quart pot bring potatoes, onions, salt, margarine and crab boil to a boil. Lower heat to medium.

Cook until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes. When tender, drain. Spray 2-quart casserole dish with Pam. Combine drained potatoes and onion with parsley, onions tops, margarine, crab meat and cheese. Stir until well mixed. Season to taste. Bake 35 minutes at 350F.

Serves 6.
