Preheat oven to 350F.
Place seasoned fish fillets on foil and form a bowl with the foil. Add sliced bell pepper and onion strips, carrots (4 to 6) and mushrooms. Divide 1 can broth per pack and soy sauce. Fold foil to form a package sealed tightly. Place on tray and in oven. Serve in foil package.
Serves 4.
