Crawfish 3

1 lb peeled crawfish tails*
1/4 lb butter
1 minced onion
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup raw rice
1 large clove garlic
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
1 can mushroom pieces
Red pepper to taste

Saute onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and garlic in butter. Remove from fire and add tails, red pepper, both soups and raw rice. Place in lightly greased dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for one hour or longer if rice is not fully cooked.

*Raw shrimp may be substituted.
