Crawfish Cornbread 1

1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 or 2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 can cream style corn
2 large onions chopped fine
3 or more Jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
8 oz grated cheddar cheese
1 pound crawfish, no fat

Mix ingredients well and pour into greased pan. Cook at 400F degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let cool before cutting and serving.
